For personal accountability, I’ve decided to post my weekly fitness routines here. They are fluid and subject to change, and should not be taken to seriously or used as a benchmark for your own personal fitness. Everyone is different and I’m just trying to do what’s best for my body, which is not going to be exactly the same as yours.
Also, more often than not I’ll skip one or more of the workouts, no matter how often I schedule them, so I usually schedule more of them so that even though I’m likely to skip some, I’ll actually complete more of them than I would have if I only scheduled two or three workouts.
